Bibliography based on California's "Gun Law" policy?

What exactly is a bibliography? I need one based off of California's gun law policy! A friend told me it's basically me listing some info about what I think California's gun laws should be, and also, list the website I have obtained the info of what California's current policy is. I'm not really too sure, so I'd appreciate it if you all helped me out. :)
