Don't expect much in the way of nurturing or care from a narcissist, since everything is always about them. If you love or care for this person, you are going to have to decide if a one way relationship is worth the grief and pain you will likely experience if you want some emotional support from that person. If you can be realistic about what to expect, you won't be so disappointed all the time.
