Help!!! my car was involved w/ an accident!?

a car (not mine) was stolen and did not have any insurance. my car was parked the stolen car (before it was stolen) had been parked behind mine. when the boy took the car he pulled out and hit mine. (i have a dent and red paint from the back of my back tire to the front of my front tire and my cars white). anyways the stolen car then proceeded down the street and hit a trailblazer. now my insurance says they cant do anything bc i only have liability. but since the car was stolen and it wasnt my fault shouldnt someone else have to pay for it?! the uninsured vehicle's owner pressed charges i was told to get an estimate and give it to the poilice and it would b added into the boys fines and such. hows this all work? and how can i get my car fixed?
