Sending e-mails?

If I use google to extract e-mail ids and send an e-mail advertizing my product with a note that "please send a blank response if you dont want to receive any mail from us again", will that be sufficient? Not just about yahoo, but I use my own domain xyz.com with a real address in the sender fileld.
