RHH:Why nobody talks about Down South rappers?

I've got to go with Cham on this. He's awesome and I'll say Wayne for the sake of debate. The fact that he never writes anything down is impressive but he also isn't nearly as good as other rappers and not writing his stuff done is not an excuse. That's a choice he makes.
