Do you think David Lee , Zach Randolph , Chris Kaman, and Gerald Wallace will be all stars?

NBA anaylist on nba.com.....said these four will be reserves for their conference.....I think they all have been playing great but all four of these players play for a teams that are still fighting for a playoff spot ......Do you think team record will hurt their chances....I can't believe the anaylist didn't think pau gasol is an all star this year....
