Is this diet okay for my dog?

My pit bull is 7 weeks pregnant and before I found out she was pregnant her meals consisted of 2 cups of dry pedigree and a half can of wet pedigree mixed together. However now she is free feeding and is eating purina puppy chow. I also have been giving her canned tuna (with the water drained) with a whole raw egg. What do you think? If I could help it she would be fed raw meat but my parents are the ones that buy her food and they aren't to thrilled about the idea.
