Itchy red bumps on my left arm?

it may be allergic reaction..... are you using some thing you may be allergic to. like the washer detergent. .... just a theory... did you take a pill that has a med. that you allergic of? or are you wearing a shirt you used to dye colors in it...did you eat anything? hope this helps XP
