My dog is people aggressive?

Does anyone know of any good websites with advice on how to properly train and socialize my dog so he doesn't growl/grunt/huff/try to bite strangers? This is my first dog ever - he wasn't like this when he was a puppy. I'm wondering what I can do now to prevent this happening in the future.
