Where does Forever 21 get their clothes from?

I'm wanting to open a juniors boutique similar to XXI/Forever 21 and was wondering if anyone knew where they get their clothes from or where they get them made at? In general if anyone knows of a good wholesaler for juniors clothes, the information would be much appreciated!:) Thank you in advance.
