Will this leave a scar?

at least you disinfected it, i dont think it will scar that much. Just leave it alone and give it time to fade. I get millions of scars on my face from scratching it accidentally but they eventually fade if i dont worry about them. They fade really quickly too. Even if it scars, have a high protein diet and your scar will heal in no time.
