5 weeks pregnant how did u feel?

OK im five weeks and 3 days today. I went to the dr. and it was to early for a sonogram. I had a blood test and results wont be in till monday. Im cramping alittle off and on ( i like it it makes me feel pregnant). I have no other symptoms except for maybe very very very little tenderness in my . I have no morning sickness or anything. How did u feel when u were this far along?
