My mother in law walks around her 31 and 18 year old sons with skimpy nighties with no bra or panties. normal?

She is always half naked around her sons. Like wearing silky leopard nighties around them. Things i would wear for my husband in private. She casually wears them. Sits right next to them dressed like that. My husband says i am the crazy one for thinking this was wrong. Am I??
